Help-toilet and shower not working

Hello everyone

We just got a new fun finder and took it out for the first time this week. After setting it up we connected to city water and the toilet does not flush aka no water comes out, just a few drops. We checked the seal to make sure that it held water by pouring some in the toilet and it holds it just fine. The water and pressure is good in both the sink in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The shower worked once but then after stopping it, it wouldn’t come back on. Have any of you encountered this and have any suggestions on what to do? Thanks in advance

It's possible the water line is kinked somewhere.

I lost hot water in my shower after a few years... plenty of cold but very little hot water & made for uncomfortable showers.
I removed the wall faucet/diverter and found the hot water line was longer than required and it have moved during camper use and eventually kinked. I was able to re-route the line and secure it so easy fix. Then just reinstalled the faucet set in the wall and all has been perfect since.

Since yours is new and just purchased, I'd return it to the selling dealer for warranty repair.
