hot water heater

i have a 2008 x139 (love it and just got it) but i need to know how to drain the hot water heater. i filled up the water tank to make sure the heater worked but now i need to drain it. thanks tom

Not sure on your model, but on mine, I remove the anode rod and the tank drains. The anode rod is at the very bottom of the heater. Make sure it has cooled off before doing this. Good luck.

Also, turn off the water pump and open the faucet to relieve the pressure or you will get a bath
