Default Hot Water not heating

How do you tell if my 139 has an electric or gas heater or has both?

Open the access panel and look at the water heater Look for a gas regulator or just turn it on and listen If gas you will hear it m(make sure it is full of water.

Most have gas a few have gas and electric.
