Believe me I have searched. Nothing on eBay and American wants $29 with about $18 shipping on top of that. If you see a better price let me know. At least the Amazon is two day shipping...though it's 12 degrees this morning and we certainly don't need it!!!

Amazon said they don't have it anymore and don't know when they will get it. Just ordered it from American RV. You cruise, you lose....

Hi all! Well I received the extend a shower today, and it really doesn't work on a corner shower. However, I have been looking at the little aluminum channel that runs on the ceiling standard and thought that should be modified. Can't believe they made that 90° bend that is so hard to get the curtain around. So, I removed it from the ceiling cut two more little notches in it and made two more bends and gained about 4+ inches on each side. Amazingly I only lost a tiny fraction of where the 90 degree angle used to be. I'm not sure I understand that geometry. I will post pictures on my blog tomorrow. But, it's amazing how much more room will be in that shower the next time we use it!

Hi,
I wanted to take some photos before I answered Photos taken and posted ( Wacky Pup)
The issue with the rod was that basically, it's a 3 part rod with a bit of a bulge in the middle. If you put that from one wall to the other, you create a square with one corner cut off. Although the 'bulge' went out almost as far at the original curtain track, I wasn't gaining anything, and certainly not enough to justify $35.
So, I took the track down and gained A LOT for FREE! Seriously, you have to look at the photos, it's amazing. I don't know how it works, it doesn't seem right, but trust me, it's the same piece of track and it still goes to both walls.
Let me know what you think.
Liz
