Install an electric hott rod on a 2006 240x fun finder

I have a 2006 240x fun finder in very good shape ; the only thing I don't like is the propane only water heater . Has anyone installed this electric heating rod ?

I bought a new Hott Rod w/lighted on-off switch before I took delivery of my TT, as it turns out mine came with electric/DSI so I don't need it.

I did read the instructions and it seams simple and straight forward, remove anode/drain plug and install anode bushing and heating element, drill hole for wires which are color coded, attach thermostat with double sided tape to tank, plug-in or wire-in will be your choice. Hope this helps.
