Default Installed my solar panels

After the last camping trip, I decided I needed to get off my duff and get them installed. My dad gave me a Harbor Freight 100 watt system.

I was originally going to attach rails, then attach the panels to those rails. But the rails were 8 feet long and like $20 bucks each... and I needed 4 of them. I figured 3 screws per rail, so 12 holes... versus screwing the panels directly into the roof (with spacers) being 16.. so I decided to skip the rails.

So once I figured out where I wanted them, I used some Dicor and sank some nuts as spacers, then roofing screws. There's room for water to flow through and not get puddled up.

It's not pretty, but it works and normally no one will even see it.

Jeff, it looks like a clean installation to me!
By Dicor did you mean their caulking or a different form? Could I ask you to please provide a little sketch of the roofing screw and spacer arrangement?
Thanks!
Jim
