Default Lap Sealant reaction with membrane?

Hi all! I redid some roof sealant on the trim between the front cap and roof membrane on a 2018 Fun Finder yesterday. This morning, everywhere that the lap sealant was in contact with the membrane, a bubble 1/2" high has appeared. And there's a lot of them, basically everywhere along the trim. I used Dicor 502LSW self-levelling sealant. I just read the fine print and it says that it contains naphta. Did I screw up?

Did you do it in the sun? If yes might have got to hot and bubbled I'd pop the bubbles with pin cost with sealent. Why didn't dealer fix under warranty
