Default Leak Help/Suggestions for 189 FBS (Photos Attached)

Hi everyone,

We've recently noticed a leak in our 189 FBS. When we purchased the camper (used), we were told there was a leak that they had fixed, but obviously, it has not.

Attached are photos of the wet spot where the leak is (in the front by the window) and the photo outside. We've re-caulked the marker lights and front window, and also along the seem on the roof, but we seem to still have a leak.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks!

How about the seams on corner of the front & side walls?

They looked ok, but I guess I can clean them off and re-caulk them as well.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Default Leak, Leak, Leak

I have had 2 major leaks and both of them were the coners where the roof joins the side wall. Every thing looked good but when you took the gutter edgeing loose you could see that the roof materal was cut to short. This let water run in on the door side frount and back. The repair was eternal bond under the gutter ends to conect the roof to the side wall. Repaired last summer and so it seems to have stoped the leaks. Every camper i have had in the last 10 years have leaked! Looks like after making camper all these years they should improve!
