Lug Nut Torque / Wheel Cap Problem

I was in the process of checking the torque on the lugs for the first time as instructed by the dealer (they were all fine by the way) and the center plastic cap has broken plastic tabs on the inside that holds the metal ring in place. It makes the cap almost impossible to get back on since the metal ring is a tension ring. Anybody have this same trouble? Should I contact the dealer or cruiserrv directly?

I would contact CruiserRV directly for that...seems a simple replacement with little hassle. The worst they could do is tell you that you have to work through the dealer...
