Default Maintenance on slide on xt 276 ff

I was looking for suggestions on how to maintain the slide on my xt 276 ft. I watched the video where they used crc power lube with Ptfe on the gears and metal rack. Has anyone used this spray. Are you able to reach theses gears from inside the camper as they show on the video. Also interested if the people who put the king antenna on their tt are happy with the results. Thanks.

Only thing I've done to the slide on my unit is treat the rubber seal with 303 protectant. Never had any issues with it.

Yes, I got rid of the cheap Jensen tv antenna that came on my unit and replaced it with the King Jack antenna, directional adjustable from inside w/signal strength meter and power boosted. Factory antenna only picked up 'snow' ... with the King, can get clear reception on 5 or 6 channels in most instances. Pleased with the results.
