Default My First Encounter with Cruiser RV Customer Service

As I mentioned earlier, when we arrived at our destination on Heart of Gold's maiden voyage, we discovered one of the shower doors hanging half outside the shower and one of the bottom rollers broken off. The rough 285 by-pass around Atlanta had been too much for it. The 214 WSD has a really nice shower enclosure with sliding solid glass doors.

On Jan. 15th I called Cruiser RV Customer Service and talked to Dave. Dave was very nice and asked that I email him a picture of the broken roller so that he could more accurately identify which roller it was. A couple days later Dave told me that the rollers were out of stock and that he would order some for me. Later he told me that they weren't due to come in until Jan. 29th.

On Jan. 29th, I received a UPS notification and another email from Dave telling me that the rollers had shipped with a delivery date of Feb.3rd. Today (Feb.3rd) a package showed up here at the RV Park where we're staying and it contained a complete set of upper and lower rollers. The new rollers are an updated design with a metal threaded rod instead of the plastic part that failed on the original. While replacing the roller today, I noticed several of the others beginning to fail also so I'm really grateful Dave was so pro-active in sending me the complete replacement set.

Dave responded to every email that I had sent, and was very friendly and professional. My first encounter turned out to be a pretty great experience

Back in 2012 a short time after I purchased my XT 276 I called customer service for a few extra parts I wanted for a personal modification.

The lady was very nice and very helpful. The parts I wanted arrived in less than 5 days.

I'm happy with their customer service although have only had one contact.
