Default Mystery connectors

Hello all!

While winterizing my 2008 16' bunk Funfinder, I noticed these connectors just hanging in space and was hoping someone can identify their purpose.

They are located in the front left corner (oriented as if you are in the trailer facing forward) in front of the fresh water tank. The wires appear to be coming out the front panel of the trailer.

Can anyone shed some light on these for me please?

Thank you!

Assembly line workers will sometimes use scotch locks like those to simply connect two wires instead of a wire nut or a butt connector. It looks to me like that's the case here.
