Default New Garage

I needed to know the height because I'm having a garage put in for the new trailer and certainly wanted to make sure that it fit under the door! Oh, what a goof that would have been - something I am perfectly capable of doing.

Now the new trailer will be protected from the weird TN weather, and the neighbors won't be able to tell when/if I'm gone!

Default WOW!

Are you putting in hookups, too? And do you accept guests?

What a great project -- well done!

LOL - yes, hook-ups are already there (the original house on my property was over there, so I use that septic tank to dump the trailer tanks. I'm going to have an access hole put inside the new garage to make it easily accessible. Water is there, and my husband put in 30A service over there a couple of years before he died.
Also, free Directv available. Only thing I can't get over there is the house wifi. Oh, well - some sacrifices just need to be made.

Pond is VERY dog friendly...(none of those dogs is mine. Mine's scared of the water)

Come on over for a visit - all delicious meals included, in trade for installing some electrical outlets in the new garage!!

For perspective:

And we're big RV friendly, too:

Nice pics. Looks like over 5 acres to keep mowed and that's a job as been there, done that where I lived before where I am now.

I loved the space but don't miss the mowing time.

Well, you hit the nail on the head - 5 acres to mow, the remaining acres pay the property taxes! Couple of years ago, hubby mowed the yard, I took care of the pool. After he died, I couldn't do both and I was very sad to have to get rid of the pool...I would have much preferred getting rid of the yard to mow!

It takes me 2 1/2 hours to mow the 5 acres, maybe 2 3/4, and I wouldn't trade the space and privacy for anything. I rue the day I can't take care of the place anymore...

But until that time, I'm going to enjoy the heck out of my new garage and my new Fun Finder!! (still waiting on new fridge, btw...)

You will LOVE having a dump station at your house! (hopefully water, too - rinse to your heart's content...)
