Default Outside faucet

Late last night, I hooked the water line onto the RV. I was curious to see if the faucets (outside shower) work, but no water came out. Do I need some type of connector to open up the tip to allow water to flow out?

It should have come with a blue coil hose with a quick connect fitting.
