One more idea, probably obvious, so forgive me if it is -- provide shade for the fridge side of the trailer with the awning.

The FK fridge is on the other side.

On my old popup, I used a couple of 12 volt computer fans over the outside cooling fins. The fans were super efficient and worked like a charm.

Yep, although the previous owner put eyehooks on that side so I might be able to clip on a tarp for shade.

Jeff, if there is a way to get air circulation under that tarp, that might be of some help.

Have any of you read the installation instructions for the Dometic fridge? It states the top of the box should be insulated and that greatly affects the fridge efficiency. It has diagrams for correct vent installation and what became obvious to me is that my X139 was not installed per the mfg instructions. Above the fridge is a 24" x 24" x 8" space which allows hot exhaust air to pool there, heating the control panel and counter top above. I went ahead and filled that area with R-max panels cut to size and regular pink fiberglass insulation. Now have a correct flame barrier in case of a fire, the box is insulated completely which requires less energy/heat to cool and keep cool, and creates the correct vertical only air flow over the heat exhanger. My cool down times went from overnight to 6.5 hours to cool from over 90 degrees in box down to 32 degrees in fridge. Read those diagrams.
