Default Rebuilding roof/front of my 189FBRX

Getting my trailer back road worthy and dry.

So far I have rebuilt the front end and the roof. Sorry, not lots of photos.

Here is the album so far:

I can’t view you photos for some reason. Can you tell me what you replaced your front with? I have the same problem but in no way am I interested in replacing it with the same material. I can’t believe how fast it failed and how completely it failed. I’ve been trying to find a single piece of FRP but not finding anything.

Not sure why it is not letting you see the pics at the link. Perhaps go to galleries and search my user name. I will try attaching a couple of pics here.

The quick answer is I installed plywood that I had to cut reliefs in and then wet to help it follow the curves. Then I covered it with diamond plating. Then I coated the diamond plate to make sure no leaks. Hopefully you can get to the gallery to better see what I did.

Heres the diamond plate I used. https://amzn.to/2Zx4cOk

Heres the clear coating I used to make sure no leaks. https://amzn.to/3eg1EIa
