Default Recent mods

Recently purchased a 2006 Funfinder 189 FBR. Using some of the inspiration that I found here and elsewhere I've been doing some mods.

So far I've removed the fold down portion of the upper bunk and repurposed it into the front of the bench.

Removed the dining table to create a bench, we'll use tv tables.

Removed and patched that troublesome spare tire, looking to place the holder under the tongue.

Inserted a metal sheet in the fridge front, currently adding chalk board paint.

Removed the baffles to the cabinet speakers and cleaning that area up.

Changed over to 30 pound bottles, replaced the regulator and pigtails.

Adding a tub surround wall to behind the toilet.

Currently working on routing a replacement hose on the fridge so that it drains out the bottom of the trailer, I hate that domentic fridge hose.

A burner/sink cover is in the planning stages ATM.

I'm a carpenter by trade but have been working under an RV Tech for the pass few months.

Nice mods. Yeah, that Dometic drain hose really poor quality. I replaced mine with 1/2" ID vinyl tubing from the local big box hardware store.

Looks great, very inspirational to see the mods others have done. Thank you for the idea of the fridge drain pipe. We will look into it, I did not know that is a mod also.
