Default Refrigerator In 06 189 FBR

What make and model is the factory installed refrigerator in my 2006 189FBR? The trailer is still at the plastic (literally) surgeon getting it's face lift and I wanted to read up on the frig. Ant help will be appreciated.

Mine is an 06 FF t160 and frige is a Dometic elect/gas model. ID plate should be inside frige box or on the door somewhere. Freezer -1 n frige 38-41 degrees. Dometic have been helpful folks plus their website has downloads for your model. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the response. My trailer is in the shop, so I can't look for a model # until Monday. I got paperwork on everything but the frig when I bought the trailer. Just my luck.

When you do get that model and serial number check to see if it was recalled in the Dometic recall. Any dealer can check to see if the recall was done or not. They can also install the free kit for free. We had to do that with our new/old Shasta. The problem was fires were happening in the bad units. That Is serious in my opinion. Better safe than sorry.

MT - Thanks for letting me know about the recall. I'm going to check on it Monday. A fire could reall spoil one's day.
