Default Refrigerator Running on Propane-Smell in Trailer

Went day camping for the first time ever this past week and every time the refrigerator cycled on there was a strong odder, but the CO did not alarm. We would always notice it when we would come back to the trailer and open it up. The smell would subside after the door and windows were open. We didn't experience and side effects, headache, ect. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Nope but i would be pulling that cover of the fridge out side and vacuum and blow all the junk out you can also make sure your burner assembly is clean and there isn't crap in it blocking the fluit you should be able to take it apart and clean it all up good just make sure the fridge has been off or a while or your burn your fingers lol. once its all back together turn the gas back on and spray some soapy water on the connections You might want to go on the roof and pull the vent lid off make sure theres no birds nest or any thing blocking it cuz thats were all your fumes should be escaping. to.

Default Follow Up-Special Attention to FDS Owners

I checked with my dealer regarding the problem and learned that the exhaust from the propane dosen't go thru the roof as the refrigerator is in the slide. The exhausts rises along the back of the refrigerator and is pulled out thru the top vent on the side of the trailer by a small fan mounted on the rear of the refrigerator.
The fan was not working. Dealer is having the fan drop shipped to the house so I can replace it. 1 plug and 2 screws hold it in place.

Yours came with a fan I had to buy my seperatly and install it and i only did that cuz it made my fridge work way better i was noticing in the day the fridge wasn't very cold but in the night it was and it was all because there was to much heat build up behind the fridge. and my fan is solar so it runs when the sun is up and doesn't use my battery
