Default roof concern!

We are looking at buying a Fun Finder X T139 - 2006 model. The owner said that the AC leaked and so the roof looks bad.
Anyone have any ideas on how much it would cost to fix it and/or replace it?

My personal take is that will be expensive to check the extent of damage and then to repair. All A/Cs pull the moisture out of the air and you'll see the water flow from the A/C across the roof. If it's leaking, it will mean the A/C will need to be pulled off and check for damage to the roof, the insulation and the interior ceiling. Best case minimal damage, repair/improve the A/C seal/mounting. Worst case, fix ceiling damage, fix roof rot/mildew, repair or even replace roof membrane. Be cautious and inspect very closely. My two cents worth.

Default Watch out

There could be hidden damage in the walls -- yikes! I would stay away from this unit unless you get a GREAT price and are willing to take a chance.
