Default Shore water problem

Suddenly when I hook up to the water hose I only get a trickle of water inside. Everything works perfectly when using the fresh water tank and pump. I removed the screen/washer and there appears to be a plastice needle valve and spring. Any suggestions?

I still have the same water problem. Only a trickle inside when I am hooked to the water hose. Hope someone has a solution.

Has it always done this? Or is this a new problem? I'm wondering if the line might be pinched somewhere?

It could be the hookup on the out side of the trailer which is very easy and inexpensive to change. I have seen that one way check valve that's inside of it get clogged and stuck with hard water and all the other junk that goes through the water lines in the campgrounds. Plus the one Cruisr rv puts on there is really CHEAP! You can also check the line but if it worked before it's more then likely that check valve that's built into that hose hookup. I changed mine with a better one that even has a pressure regulator built into it so i don't need to worry about leaving that piece behind at the camp ground

Thanks for all the suggestions. The problem was the filter. The filter was not meant for a full water system and therefore clogged. The internal filter has been remove along with one small water line. The problem will not reoccur because I will use an external water filter. So much easier to change. It would have been nice to have some information about the location of the water pump etc from the factory. All I have ever been able to get are sales brochures. Not much help if you have a problem.
