Default Slide out alignment issue X189FBS

Greetings all,
The slideout on our 2010 189FBS has slowly gone out of alignment with the wall. It is now to the point where the seal is barely covering the opening at the top. Looking under the couch I see two metal support pillars that are adjustable, but what is strange is that the wall end of the gear tracks seems to just rest on a 2x4 that is screwed into the wall for which there is no adjustment. Wondering if anyone else has experienced and / or fixed this issue. My flooring seems to be in good shape. I first noticed this when I saw that the decals on the exterior were no longer lining up. Exterior pictures attached!

On my 210 189fbs,, there must have been a time when the previous owners had left the window open for a long period of time and as a result rain got in and into the plywood floor. This caused the plywood floor of the slideout to rot and the rollers that hold up the slide were in this soft rotted part of the floor when the slideout was closed. This caused the slideout to be lower than normal. I had to replace the entire slidoeout floor. If I remember correctly, the rollers are adjustable to align the slideout properly.
