toilet move

So I've noticed the new "copy cat" Harmony trailer by sunnybroke has the exact same lay out and bath room as my fun finder 189fbr, but i noticed something i realy like not only is the toilet ceramic but its turned slightly towards the sink. Does any one know if it would be possible to pull my toilet up and turn it a little? I have to use it sitting side ways any ways due to my knees being berried in the door and my feet hanging out under the door. JUst an idea bu a problem ive seen is my shower is taller then the ones in the new ones id love to redo it and lower it down a little too so my head isn't stickin up out of the bubble window on the roof. But im not sure what the walls would look like under shower wall their probably glued on but i know their not glued on very well cuz they flex and crap all over when im wiping them down.
