Default wasted space

210x 2007 The cabinets above the dinette have 2 doors and a mirror in the middle behind these 3 things is storage. Next to each cabinet on either end is a plain panel that I think is empty. Has anyone opened these up? thanks

Not sure if it's the same as my 06 189FD, but if it is that area is for the outside speakers. It's probably much larger than needs to be sealed off, but the speaker holes from outside go right through into that area.

That is the cavity is for 2 reasons, one to protect the outside speakers and to give a baffle for them so they can sound decent. that is is why its sectioned off from the rest of the cabinet, is still a decent place to install other stuff if need be. just not used as storage
