Water Filter Installation

We have a new 189FDS and went to install the filter, located under the bed, for the first time, but can not determine which way the water flows. There is a line that comes in thru the wall below the side of the wardrobe makes a loop and goes back thru the wall again. in this loop the is an approx. 12 inch section that is to be removed and the filter inserted. Which way is the water flowing thru this line?
Dealer said install filter and if pressure is low, reverse filter. That's kinda a half a-- was of doing it.
Called Cruiser and spoke with a tech and he understood the problem but didn't have and answer and the factory was closed for the weekend where he thought he might get an answer, so he will be calling back next week. We are leaving this weekend for a 6 day trip.
After we resolve this problem and this filter is spent, I will be going with a high capacity filter that can be attached to the water line coming into the TT, any comments on the application?
