Default Water heater bypass

I have a new for me 24 fun finder extra. Ct 245 I think. The previous owner died after winterizing the unit. I found out why I couldn’t pump water, since the valve for the antifreeze was open. The panel finder the shower pan was open??
I can’t locate the water heater bypass. Where might it be?

I have found them or added them in the past right next to the pump. Not sure that helps you out too much too.

Generally you will find the valves directly behind the water heater. So wherever your heaters at see if you can access in behind it

I have no access to behind the water heater. All panels are stapled tight. I still can’t locate the bypass valves. I called the current company owners and they have no information. Please help - no hot water!

while I didn't find your exact year I did find the model. just a few years older. Your water fill & heater are on the drivers side. Do you have a small door below the fridge and next to the fuse panel/power center? That's the access door for the water heater and pump. It is on mine and it is on the one in the video I found. I'm also assuming you mean a 2014 model and not a 2024 model?

Yes, I have that door access. The pump is in there and one valve for the antifreeze. No other valves I can see. I’ve owned 3 5th wheels and bypass is pretty straightforward. I’ve followed the pipes best I can and no valves I can locate. I don’t wast to start tearing out panels if I don’t have to. Hedbull, you mentioned a video, do you have a link?

the video I found was just a walk through, for sale, video of a 2010 I noticed the door in the video. I have the same door and all my stuff is in there.....back of the water heater, water pump, bypass valves for the water heater. Typically this is where the winterizing bypass valve would be. If it's not there, you may not have one.

Our bypass is located at the rear of the water heater. 1/4 turn, plastic handle.
