Water leaks, etc

I just purchased a 2009 X210WBS -- after reading all the posts of water leaks, flooring cracks, etc., it makes me wonder if buying a Fun Finder was a good idea. I had an Aerolite for 13 years with no problems. I always park my camper under roof, but still there seems to be a lot of expensive problems with the Fun Finders. Time will tell.
