Default What kind to buy?

Hello-Crowell Greenhorns here...... We have a 2009 160WB that be bought with no drain/sewage hose. We have a holder but no hose. We have found there are many different kinds and they all claim to be the best. We would like to hear from people who have actually used these and don't have an agenda to sell us. Your opinion is appreciated. Regards-the Crowells

The hose holder under my camper came with a hose and no ends. I had to purchase ends seperatly but when attached the hose would not fit in the holder. Plus the factory provided sewer hose was a thin, cheapie I wouldn't trust.

I purchased a Rhinoflex CAMCO 39761 RHINOFLEX 15' SEWER HOSE KIT WITH SWIVEL FITTINGS and am very pleased. The bayonet ends are leakproof and with the end caps one can buy, they are leak proof in storage too.

Oh, and I got a section of 5"x5" or 6"x6" square plastic post covering from the 'deck building' department at Home Depot, and mounted it on the camper to store the sewer hose with bayonet ends in.

Thanks for the tip, Eagle. Didn't even think about the fit in the storage tube that is already mounted. Assumed they would be standardized. We'll make sure we keep that in mind.

Same here. I threw away the cheapie one that came new with my trailer and bought the same Rhinoflex that Eagle did. Works great but doesn't fit in the tube. It will fit in one of these though:

Default RhinoFlex!

Agree with the Rhinoflex recommendations.
I have one of those PVC tube/pipe setups under my 210UDS to store the sewer hose in. The diameter is slightly small, so I took a dremel and ground down the nubbies on the rhino flex so it slides right in. Very satisfied with the hose. Be sure to get the 90-degree elbow with the threaded fittings that taper from wide to narrow. Makes hooking to campsite sewer connections secure.
