Just finished the last camping trip for the year. Plan to winterize the trailer this week. Ordered a new trailer cover last week so it should be arriving sometime this week.

Snowed today in Western Wisconsin (Southern area !). Not enough that you'd really notice BUT enough, for me, to vindicate putting my FF in storage. Things go downhill, weatherwise, from here on out! To be sure, I don't "hate" the Winter season, I just prefer the warmer months. I don't exactly know the source but I'm going to say Norwegians, "There's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing!"

With some 6 - 8" of snow forecast for late tonight/tomorrow -- hooked up to my unit and took it to storage for the winter.

It's not noon yet and have about 8 inches of 'winter wonderland' on the ground.

Everything outside is covered in a beautiful blanket of white...so pretty.

It is known as "climate change"

Ya, that was a good idea, to be sure! One less thing to worry about! I don't exactly know where you're at but a friend of mine and his wife are at a campground near Rapid City as I write this !!! It's in the low 20s now and expected to fall even lower overnight. Snow is falling and will continue (according to forecast app) until Sunday Noonish. I think that they're crazy but each to there own !

RipVan .. eastern part of the state. Rapid City is locally known as being in the "banana belt' because warmer than elsewhere in the state.

Night before last temp was 7 degrees. Yesterday was overcast and by late afternoon started snowing again so this AM, another couple of inches of white on the ground.

The snow came early this year as usually after Halloween. Thousands of acres of un- harvested corn still in the fields and the oak, maple trees and lilac bushes didn't have time to drop all their leaves.

Tonight's low is forecast for 4 degrees.

I'm a new owner this summer of a FF. How do I know if I have a black water tank flush on my unit? It's a 2010 M-189 FBS.

On the side of the camper there will be a hose connection with a label beside/under the connection "Black Tank Flush." Located on my unit on the left or drivers side where most hookups are.

I don't think all campers have a black tank flush so maybe someone with a M-189 will clarify.
