Default XT276 brake shoes?

Without pulling the wheel and hub on it are they never adjust shoes or the other option self adjust? Never adjust has a small cable running across from top right of right facing show to the bottom left of opposite shoe. I've had my hubs off before but don't recall looking at what type the brakes are. I have manually admired them before through the little slot on backing plate.

It needs brake shoes and I'm looking to order soon from e-trailer. So knowing this without having to jack the thing up and pull a wheel and hub would save me some work.

Thanks

Roy, you may find it easier ( and likely not much more costly ) to buy the entire brake backing plate as an assembly. That way all of it is new.
