I tow with a Nissan Titan and notice a lot of sway. I have discovered only 7% of hitch weight when it should be between 10-15%. May I ask what mods did you make? I have a weight distribution hitch with a friction sway bar. However that really does little to tame it?

You really need to get that hitch weight over 10% to get rid of the sway. Too little weight on the hitch can cause all kinds of stability issues.

1st Ball weight is 675lbs, we check it with ball weight scales I think you guys might refer to that hitch / tongue weight?
Reece WDH, not a lot of tension
Friction sway bars ...2 off.

When we hitched up the rear of the Jeep sagged about 3 inches and the combination really bounced bad on bumpy roads.
We installed Monroe Load bearing shocks and front struts plus heavy duty springs front and back, That lifted the Jeep about a inch.
After those mods the bounce on bad roads was fixed and when we hitch up the back of the jeep only sags a inch max.
Increased tugs rear tire pressure to 45psi front 40 psi

Other stability mods:
Batteries moved to over axles, air conditioner taken off ...over 100lbs on the roof that's no good!
Increased tires to light trucks to the max size I could fit....come back to me and I will look up the size but increased the load rating on ea tire by double 2475lbs per tire pressure about 65psi...stiffer walls = more stable?
Fitted shock absorbers.
We do not store anything of any weight in the toilet shower area nor in the front tunnel.
Heavy stuff over the trailer axles and in the tug.

Planned further mods
Take the spare tire off the rear and mount under the trailer between and above the axles....allways thinking weight over axles or just in front of them and as low as possible.
Fit the Tuson / Dexter electric sway control as the final guard.
Install a domestic split air conditioning system with the compressor in the tunnel...it gets real hot here 110 quite often.
Fitted shocks
