Default Curt friction Sway Bar

Does anyone have any insight into the proper set up of a curt fiction sway bar. Don't know that I really need it, but I have it so what the heck. I am pulling a 18 ft fun finder with a Nissan Frontier. The instructions that come with it are not very specific or informative.
