Default Honda Pilot

I have found a FF x160 (2011) and am in the process of negotiating the purchase. My tow vehicle is a 2013 Honda Pilot Ex. Is anyone towing an x160 with a Honda Pilot? Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated.

We have no trouble towing our 2010 Fun Finder 189FBR with our 2010 Honda Pilot with factory tow package. We have taken our FF to Alaska via the Alaska Highway in 2011 (three month trip, 12, 000 miles) and through the Colorado passes this summer without any problems.

I use to have a Honda Ridgeline. The towing capacity is 5000 lbs same as the pilot. As long as you don't exceed that weight you are good to go. You will notice a serious drop in MPG, I went from 20 MPG to 11 MPG towing a FF 214. Plus believe the gas tank is only 18 gallons like the Ridgeline so every 2 1/2 hours you'll be looking for more gas.
