Default 2003 T139 for sale in Massachusetts

My wife and I are selling our 2003 T139 Shadow Cruiser. It is 7 feet wide by 13 feet 9 inches of living space plus 3 feet for the tongue for a total of almost 17 feet. It is about 1,900 pounds with about 1,000 pounds for storage. The trailer is equipped with a 2 burner propane stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, bathroom with shower, queen sized bed and top twin sized bunk. There is a counter top, half-size closet, multiple storage cabinets plus exterior access storage. Replacement LED lights and new propane CO2 monitor is included but not installed. We needed a little more space than what we had so we now have to find our little trailer a new home. I have done the following modifications:
1. added 4 storage tubes on hitch for sewer hose and outside carpet, fire tools, etc.
2. installed plastic drawers in half-sized closet next to refrigerator
3. added small cabinet attached to cabinets over stove
4. added shelf attached to cabinets over fridge
5. added shelves in storage cabinets on rear wall
6. added battery shutoff switch. I always stored the battery in my cellar during winter.
7. installed recessed fire extinguisher cabinet
8. repaired hole in flooring under cabinets on rear wall
9. removed water heater to add outside access for additional storage (we didn’t use the shower)
10. replaced crank style window on passenger side with combination window with screen
FYI: There is another hole in the floor under the water tank that you will need to repair. The tires are about 6 years old. There is an outlet in the cabinets over the stove for a microwave. Power lines for an air conditioner are in place, but I disconnected them at a junction box in the rear cabinets. The ceiling fan is a Fantastic Fan with multiple speeds and can reverse direction. The ceiling fan in the bathroom is standard. The fridge runs on 12 VDC, 120 VAC and propane. The propane furnace is unused. There is not a title since Massachusetts does not require one for trailers under 3,000 pounds. We are asking $5,000 and we live in Western Massachusetts between Northampton and Pittsfield.

Note the great storage across the back -- the newer X-139s do not have that feature. (Unless you tear out the vanity and build storage instead, which is what I did.)

Our first trailer was a 2003 T-139. Very fond memories!!
