The 4 radial tires, converter, toilet valve, and vent lid have recently been replaced. Most importantly, dry weight is an ultra light 3,760 lbs, meaning that any vehicle with 5,000 lbs towing capacity can tow it. I easily pull it with my 2012, 2WD 4Runner. Also safe to tow because included is a Husky Center Line anti-sway, weight distribution hitch system rated at 8,000 lbs. It has a walk-around queen bed, dinette table, jack knife couch, and the highly desirable tailgate package that includes a LP quick connect, mounting rack for grill (grill & gas hose incl), and same bracket to hang the TV outside.
