Default 2012 Fun Finder 189 FDS for sale

We are selling our 2012 Fun Finder 189 FDS.

We've loved this trailer and are only selling it because we want to buy an RV. Its compact 18 foot length makes it easy to tow, and the 6'4" inside height allows tall guys to move around without hunching over or bumping their heads. The slide-out on the side gives the trailer a spacious feel when stopped for the night. Our family of 3 has taken a couple of month-long road trips with this trailer and we never felt super cramped.

2 adults plus 2 kids can easily sleep in the trailer. There's a queen size bed with a cabinet above that folds down to a twin size bed, and the dinette can also be converted to a bed.

This trailer has lots of nice features. A few are the separate fridge and freezer (uncommon in a trailer this size); a flat screen tv/dvd player/audio system with speakers inside and out; microwave and 3 burner stove; two basin sink in the kitchen; bathroom with toilet, shower, and washbasin; heater and A/C; the list goes on and on. . .

We've replaced the mattress that came with the trailer because it wasn't very comfortable. Last summer we also replaced the small battery it came with with a larger deep-cycle marine battery.

The trailer has an electric awning and we had an after-market cover installed over the slide.

We'll include a propane grill, two propane tanks, leveling blocks, sewer hose, and water hoses. We'll also include the hitch, anti-sway bar, and equalizer bar (which were all purchased separate from the trailer).

We're the original owners and have taken care of this trailer and don't smoke or have pets, so it's nice and clean.

If you need a vehicle to tow the trailer, we're also selling our blue 2008 Chevy Avalanche LTZ. It's got about 80k miles, and comes with all the bells and whistles: heated leather seats, navigation & entertainment package, removable hard cover for the truck bed, 4WD, and tow package with trailer hookups, trailer brake, and trailer tow switch on the gear shift. We're the second owners.

Trailer only: $16,000 OBO
Truck and Trailer: $42,000 OBO

Trailer is located in Virginia.
