2012 Fun Finder X-189FBS
We are selling our 2012 Fun Finder 189FBS. We bought it last July. It's a great camper. We went smaller because of our tow vehicle limits but this year, we bought a nice new F-150 and can pull a bigger rig. So we are looking for a new home for our nice Funfinder.
Roof was replaced by a professional trailer repairman in July of 2018 prior to purchase as was the battery. Three of the tires were replaced in 2018 as well. The other 2 tires are in great shape and rot-free. We had all cabinets and wood trim refinished to white from the original reddish-brown to make the interior feel bigger and brighter which it does. New linoleum floor put in last year in the main living area just because we did not like the brown tone. New floor is a light slate gray. (In the pics, you will see the old floor in most of the pics. The floor was done after the cabinet refinishing and there is a separate pic for it.) New kitchen sink faucet this year. New bathroom faucet and shower head this year. Everything works properly: fresh water pump, water heater, fridge, lights, stove, stereo, speakers, outlets, slide mechanism, etc. Trailer just passed Virginia annual trailer inspection a few weeks ago.
Asking $9000 firm...We paid $9500 for it last July and invested about $1000 into improvements.
We are located in Richmond, VA.
PS Sorry about the photo orientation on some of the pics. The forum software flips portrait pics to landscape. It is a known issue. I can PM these photos if you want which seems to work better.
