I am new to this club. Absolutely committed to buying a Fun Finder. Where are you located?

Prospect, PA, north of Pittsburgh, I'm a stone's throw from east end of Moraine St. Park.

debenio, I am a dedicated Fun Finder fan -- bought a used one in 2005 and a new one in late 2011. But in my opinion, Fun Finders are not significantly better built than many other brands. (I like the floorplan and small size.) They are good trailers, but they are not Airstreams.

My advice would be to not focus exclusively on Fun Finders -- look at competing models. Especially in today's tight market, it is better to have your second choice, and to be able to go camping soon, rather than waiting on the sidelines and missing a season of camping.

As they say, the best is the enemy of the good!

debenio, I have a 2009 Funfinder x189fbs and can definitely recommend them. I love mine. 2009 was the first year of the curved roof- earlier models had flat roofs that could lead to puddles around the ac unit in rainy weather and potential leaks. Good size and easy to tow.

I'm in Prospect, PA, in Butler Co., 1 hour north of Pittsburgh. We're asking $12,000. Prospect is a very small town, right on US 422 and about 5 miles east of I-79. Thanks for you interest.

I forgot, I misstated the year. It's a 2010, not 2009.

Not really helpful to discourage a buyer from interest in a fellow club member's available X-189. I wouldn't do that.

Roger, I agree with you, and I am sorry if my post seemed discouraging.

In fact, I am going to try to edit my post to be more balanced and less discouraging. We'll see if the site's software will permit me to do that.

Nope. It did not.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I have failed to qualify as a gentleman, according to Oscar Wilde: "A gentleman is someone who never gives offense unintentionally."

Is your Funfinder for sale ? I'm looking for a friend, I already have one, but she is very interested in acquiring a clean used rv.

How much are you asking, and are in Nevada or Klamath Falls.

No. FBR is front bedroom. Dinette is slider. Has shower separate from toilet. Also bunk above Q bed which hold 200 lbs. Sofa opens into another bed so could sleep 4.
I'm in W. PA so it sounds like the distance doesn't work unless you want a vacation near Moraine St. Park.

Edcooper68,
When I made my post I wasn’t selling my 2009 Funfinder 189fbs, but now I am. My wife has a bad back and says she can’t go camping anymore. We live in Dayton, NV which is near Carson City. We are asking $9900 and have made several upgrades. I’ll be posting some pictures and full description soon.
