For sale 2004 T139 in Portland, Oregon with aluminum siding

Hi, I have finally upgraded to a larger trailer, so it's time to sell my little Fun Finder. Trailer is in pretty good shape overall. There is a soft spot on the inside panel on the front side of about 3 x 8 inches just above the bench. Also, because of the design, rain water wicks up to the underside of the trailer. There were some surface soft spots years ago that I fixed with git rot.

The trailer needs some basic maintenance and upkeep, wheel bearings, missing smoke detector and I'm not sure if the carbon monoxide detector will still work. Awning was removed a couple years ago. New roof in 2016.

This trailer was a custom order and has both an a/c and a Fantastic fan.
