If it is really in outstanding condition, then yes I'd say you will easily get your money back out of it in a year. From what I've seen, campers don't go much below that price point "if" they are well kept, look good and have suffered no leaks or other damage.
Once they start deteriorating from water, and once things like the suspension, brakes and frame are shot, then they become nothing but a restoration project, and their value drops to very little.
