Default No hot water

2012 21UDS. First weekend out with camper I hit the switch and heard the hot water tried to ignite. It failed and I realized it was probably due to me not turning on the valve to fill it with water. I turned off switch and didn’t mess with it since we were across from the bath house. I’m out this weekend. Tank is full of water. When I hit switch I get nothing. No gas smell. No clicking. Fuses at panel look ok. Anything else I can check with limited tools?

If you have a Suburban water heater, have you tried the reset button?

Default Same thing

Happened to me the same way. Found an off and on switch on the hot water system on the outside of the trailer. Once I let it cool down, and flicked that off and on it would start again. Before knowing that switch was there I was lost. Also hit the breakers off and on too.

The outside switch turns on the electric heating element and shouldn't have anything to do with the gas system. Anyway that's how mine is.

When you turn the switch on the switch should light up. If it does not check the fuse box. If you see a little red light on you needto change the fuse.
You do have propane right?
