Your subject line states “cracked pump out valve” but your text states that the tank is cracked.  The link provided by APD is for the tank but as usual, Amazon also provides additional suggestions and in this case, the black tank drain valve is one of the suggested items. If your problem is actually a cracked valve, replacing the valve would be a much easier solution to your issue
