Simple answer... The bigger the better.
The problem with Generators is that you need enough power for "startup".
A/C uses almost double the amount of power just to start than it uses while running.
Most people will buy a 3000 Watt gen. This should be able to run everything good. Although you'll probably have to not use the micro when using the a/c.
Also, I recommend getting a quiet generator. Usually the model # has an "i" behind it. Not sure why. But that is what I have seen for the quieter models.
Your camping neighbors will appreciate it.
