Default Good-Bye Little Fun Finder...

Here she is, all hooked up and ready for her final departure...our "run" has been a combination of good and bad. Time, though, to move on to new experiences, and to see what "some assembly required" (thanks, George) means on a Lance.

I take it you sold your unit but hope this doesn't indicate you are leaving the forum. ??

Traded it. All the places I advertised, I only had one inquiry AFTER I made the deal to trade! Somebody's gonna get a really nice little trailer. Haven't had a "bug" in the past quite a few trips! I just hope the Lance doesn't have such issues as this Fun Finder had at the outset!

Hope you'll still have me - this place has none of that out-of-control chest thumping like some places. Makes it a much more pleasant experience to come for advice. It's a good Forum. Too bad Cruiser doesn't make the small ones any longer.

I'll post pics...

Of course you are always welcome here. Your mods are a great inspiration.

I noticed the double meaning in " Too bad Cruiser doesn't make the small ones any longer."

Hey Michelle,

I hope you have good luck with your new camper , after spending double the money on my new 5th wheel I still had issues , nothing I didn't take care of myself . This whole rv industry needs to have higher standards for the amount of money spent on these things ! I am mostly on the heartland forums now , but come back and check out this forum still . Enjoy all your new adventures to come !

Looks very nice. No dinette. Roomier. I know you'll enjoy it. That is a huge side window. What is the white globe-like thing in the bed of your truck? You'll need to change your signature now to reflect your new baby.

The 'white globe' on the bed of the pickup would be a satellite TV antenna.

The white thing on the back of the truck is a visual sign of my laziness - it is my satellite antenna that I was too lazy to walk over from the outer garage...

The bed cover is a BakFlip 2 (hard, consisting of 4 hinged sections, each of which can be opened individually, starting from back).

Congrats! That looks like the 1475, very nice. No helium fridge I hope.

I keep looking at the 1995 for when we wear out the 210. Still have a lot of miles before that happens though.

HAHAHA - I probably would have said NO DEAL if there was an Atwood Helium fridge. It's a Norcold 3-way.

Yup, it's a tonneau cover. Notice I did say ON the bed of the pickup, not IN.

LOL

Wow, Michelle! Nice looking rig! I agree about cruiser no "little ones". We are enjoying our 189fbr and just got back from Custer. As soon as I get rested up I'll post some pics of the trip!

Michelle- Did you get rid of a trailer with a slide out for one without a slide out?

I did. With all the problems I had with that trailer, I was never comfortable when boondocking in some remote area that the slide was going to come back in. And being a short old lady, I'd be screwed. The slide actually did fail several months ago, but luckily, I was here at home and it wouldn't go out. Can't have a lot of fun when you're always scared something's going to break.

I hope this Lance treats me better!!
