Default I think I got full use out of these parts

After four laps around the country, here's what the shackles on my leaf springs looked like. I think I got my full use out of them. The new versions are much thicker, and have wet bolts and bushings. My guess is that they'll last a lot longer.

Default Yikes!

Wow -- that is scary. How does one check to see if the shackles are worn out -- do you have to take them apart??

I only noticed them after they wore through. They were considerably more squeaky before, though.
