We were thinking of asking $8000 since the like new hitch is included along with the Fantastic fan, new mattress and convection microwave.
Here is an ad I saw.

The thing is that you don't see many for sale that are nice and lightweight and have as nice features; big fridge, dual axel, etc.

I do think it is about location more than anything else. $8000 to $8500 is about right. I bought my 2010 FBR on craigs list for $7200 last year in Coldwater Michigan. It had been up for sale for several months. Given that you added a lot of things like the fan, mattress, hitch, etc, I would start with $8500.

Was yours a private seller or Hayley RV? What time of year? We paid $800 for the hitch. $240. For the fan, $230 for the convection microwave (never used yet) (less now).
You are probably right.

Yes it was a private seller who owned a Marina down in Coldwater. I got a great deal considering the age and how well is was maintained. They bought it new for around 13.5K and used it less than 6 times. We bought it in April 2016. Anyway, I would definitely start at 8500 and work your way down from there. Also, I would probably not include the WDH since you might need it down the road or sell it later for $300. My two cents for what its worth.

My husband said the hitch is for a lighter trailer which we won't have again. And he thinks it might help the sale. If we trade up it will be a fifth wheel. But I know what you mean. You did get a good deal. Spent a good part of this afternoon removing things from all of the cabinets. Amazing how much stuff it holds.

Ours is the same model but a 2007! We don't have a window in front which I think yours does. I'm sure you'll get it sold soon. Good luck!

Thanks, we haven't listed it yet because we are still cleaning and removing stuff from it, who knew it could hold so much?
Paul wired another 30 amp box on the outside of our garage. The new old trailer would be a tight squeeze where the other one is in the back yard. But also if we become a host on Boondockers Welcome we can offer electric to our guests.
I also finished figuring out the yardage needed to recover the sofa and make new covers for the dinette seats. I had to do that in order to get Sailrite's 10% off price. I will post pictures of the swatches.

We listed our FF on Craigslist last night and already have someone coming at 5 tonight. We were concerned about his tv tow rating but he said if his wife likes it he will consider s different tv. It's up to him. We would tow it home for him.

Wow, that was fast. Make sure to spray the tires with some Armor All so they look shinny.

Yes, such a relief not to have to field lots of perspective buyers or lookers.
And now we have some money for the Shasta project.

Thanks Kansas! You were right! They are great and somewhat rare little guys. They are thrilled with it. Pulled it down the road with their Dodge, but will most likely get a different tow vehicle since it was pretty empty.

I'm sure they'll get a better TV, just like we were able to do. Towed at first with a Trailblazer and then we were able to buy the truck that dh's brother had! Much better with a truck!

Congrats on the Sale
Great that you sold your camper so quickly.
I hope you made a condition of the sale that the new owners join the FF Owners Club site here.
