Default Trip report: Tioga Pass area (east side of Yosemite)

Here is our latest blog entry:

http://danschechter.blogspot.com/201...july-2014.html

And this is a shot of our little Fun Finder, late in the evening, way out in the middle of nowhere -- we were boondocking in a national forest, miles away from anyone else:

Just love this --- hope to do some of this kind of camping with our rig.

Default Just do it

Chily3, Sacramento is boondocking heaven -- the redwoods are in range, the northern Sierra, Tahoe, central Sierra. With a 16 footer, you can go almost anywhere!

Agree going to start looking at some for next year. This year we took a two week trip (state parks & Rv) to the Columbia river then west and back home down 101.

Loved your blog (photos and dialog). The pictures are incredible. Really reminds me of how awesomely beautiful California is and also that one must make an effort to really see its treasures. We left Southern California 24 years ago and now reside in a beautiful area on a 39,000 acre lake north of Atlanta, but still travel west on a regular basis. We too have kept a blog chronicling our travels in our first two TTs but since they weren't in a FF, I won't include it here. We were supposed to take delivery of our new FF 214 this morning but rain forced us to put it off until tomorrow. I did start a new blog this week dedicated to our new Fun Finder chapter of travels and will be posting some "first day home" photos very soon.

Thank you again for sharing your adventures. They inspire and educate, so please continue.

Neil & Yoly .... PS: You can always check out our videos I guess if you're so inclined
