Where are all of the Shadow Cruisers?
Kind of a silly comment but this August (August 1 to 15) between my wife and myself we traveled over 2500 miles around the Pacific Northwest from Wyoming to the Oregon coast (we live in SW Idaho). During that time period we say one older FunFinder and no Shadow Cruisers. We are always looking at what other folks are using and we found it odd that we are always the odd man out.
There is no particular reason for this comment just a ramble.

bakobza-
I have never seen Shadow Cruiser models at any RV Show or RV dealership here in Southern California since 2005 when we first started looking for TTs. Have seen dozens of Shadow Cruisers in campgrounds and on the road while traveling in the western states, although we see more FunFinders, Viewfinders and Enterras. With our little FunFinder, we never think of ourselves as the "odd man out" but it is often intimidating parked between two big diesel pusher motorhomes!

I Don't See Many Either
In the three years I have owned a Shadow Cruiser, I haven't seen one in a campground. I did see two on the highway this summer on the way home from Maine.
We were counting the number of each make on that eight-hour road trip. Our conclusion was that there are a lot of brands out there!
It surprises me because I think Shadow Cruiser and Fun Finder are high-quality units.

My guess is Fun Finder/Shadow Cruiser has about 1% of the travel trailer market nationwide. Based on my extensive travels in the west, I believe we see about 1% of all the travel trailers on the road that are built by Cruiser RV. I agree I have never seen a FF/SC at a RV show anywhere, which includes Texas, Colorado, NM, and AZ. Just not a lot of them out there.

my last camp out I saw an older shadow cruiser that was about 18' and then I had a fun finder 139 that came over to me wanting to buy my 160! All 3 of us in the same campground one weekend in MI. I also saw one on a lot that I bought mine at, it was the 189 also.

My wife and I have been there 7 out of 8 years.

You done any interesting mods with your QBS? Looking at shelving in the pantry and overhead above the sink. Decided to make some out of 1/2" ACX, just need to find a stain to match. Bought some wire ones to try but that's not gonna cut it.

I hollowed out the bunks and made storage under them navy ship style, added hinges to the storage under the dinette, and removed the wall between the couch and dinette

We have a 2010 195wb it has been a good trailer until I found out she is starting to leak.
Going to fix it I can not justify spending 30K (cad) on a new one.

I actually camped in a campground with a newer version of the Shadow Cruiser model I have, Diamond Lake, Oregon. This is the first time in 3 1/2 years. I have seen a few Fun Finders over this time.
