Default Window problems

We have a 2005 FunFinder, I think it is 17'. It has a small window over the kitchen sink where the bottom half of the window opens with a crank and a hinge. The hinge is no longer working. We changed the handle but that is not the problem. It appears that the hinge is riveted to the window frame.
Any suggestions on how to repair it or where to find a replacement? I contacted Cruiser parts but they only go back to 2012 models.
