Default Winterizing a215wsk

We just purchased a 215 wsk 2013 and are having trouble finding the water pump so that we could winterized the unit. Our old camper had a valve near the water pump so that we could put a hose in the antifreeze and fill the lines that way. And if you have any other tips on this unit please share! Thanks!!

I have a 2013 R22RBDS Radiance which is on the same build as your Funfinder - the pump is located in the washroom under the small closet. It is on the left side and there should be an access panel with 4 screws. I should be from the outside right across from the outside spray port. Remove the panel and there should be the pump on the right side with a valve and a clear plastic hose to pump your anti-freeze into system. Also, check your screen ( small clear plastic cup with a screen in it) for any debris! Mine had plastic chardes from when it was built! I found also that my pump had been moved from it's original location and that is why it made more noise when operating than it should have! I re-located it back to the spot where is was first was and now is way way quieter when pumping! You probably need to open the panel under the closet in the main dining area as that is where the Hot Water heater stuff is. Hope this kinda helps - your trailer should be almost the same as mine!

Default Thanks

Thank you! We did find it. I find it strange that they did not put a cupboard door on it for easier access. That may be a modification that we make.

For ease of access on our old 210WBS, I put some magnetic catches on it (like the magnetic door catches) and some decorative nickle handles that matched the others. The magnetic brackets were plenty strong to keep the door in place, while the handles made it a simple tug to remove. A couple of dummy screw covers glued over the existing mounting screw holes cleaned up the appearance.

Just an idea for you to consider...simple, not very costly and easy to set up.
